What counts as a long stay?

Any booking of seven nights or more. Discounted weekly rates kick in at seven nights, and reduced monthly rates kick in at twenty-eight nights. For contracts of three months or longer, send your dates through and we'll quote directly.

Is this a serviced apartment or a hotel?

Both. Meridian Residence is a serviced residence that operates with the service model of a boutique hotel. You book a room, not an apartment with a kitchen, but breakfast, Wi-Fi, laundry on request and daily housekeeping are included every day of your stay.

Can my company set up a corporate account?

Yes. Many of our long-stay guests come through corporate accounts with rolling monthly billing. Contact us with your expected volume and we'll set up the arrangement.

Can I bring my family on a long stay?

Yes. Families relocating to Tema or Accra regularly stay with us for weeks while they look for a permanent home. The compound is secure and walled, there is a swimming pool, and the restaurant serves three meals a day.
